What to Expect

Step 1 - Free consultation & digital imaging
We start with a laid-back visit where we get to know your child and take a peek at their smile using high-tech, goop-free digital scans. This lets us see exactly what’s going on with their teeth and bite—no guesswork, no surprises. Plus, kids love seeing their 3D smile pop up on screen!
Step 2 - Personalized treatment plan
Every smile is different, which means every plan is, too. We’ll design a step-by-step treatment roadmap customized to your child’s needs—whether it’s fixing crowding, bite issues, or spacing. And we’ll walk you through everything so you feel confident and informed from day one.
Step 3 - Braces are placed
Time to shine! At this appointment, we place the brackets and wires with care and lots of encouragement. The process is gentle and kid-friendly, and we always explain what’s happening in a way that keeps little patients calm and in control.
Step 4 - Monthly check-ins
We’ll see your child every few weeks to check progress, adjust wires, and keep things moving smoothly. These quick tune-ups help us make sure everything’s on track—and they’re also a fun chance for kids to pick new band colors and rack up rewards. Did someone say “brace face makeover”?
Step 5 - Braces off, retainer on
When treatment is complete, it’s the best kind of celebration—goodbye brackets, hello new smile! We’ll remove the braces, take a final scan, and create a custom retainer to lock in those amazing results. Your child will leave feeling proud, confident, and ready to smile big.
